# CreateWorkbenchResourceType

> Creates a new workbench resource type.



**mutation** `CreateWorkbenchResourceType(request: CreateWorkbenchResourceTypeCommandRequestInput!): CreateWorkbenchResourceTypeCommandResponse!`

## Arguments

**`request`**: `CreateWorkbenchResourceTypeCommandRequestInput!` (required)

## Returns

`CreateWorkbenchResourceTypeCommandResponse!`

**`id`**: `ID!`

The new workbench resource type's ID.
