# CreateLotSize

> Creates a new lot size for a production item.

If a request with this mutation's Idempotency-Key was already completed, the response's `extensions` contains an `idempotency.{responseName}` entry with `wasReplayed: true`.



**mutation** `CreateLotSize(request: CreateLotSizeCommandRequestInput!): CreateLotSizeCommandResponse!`

## Arguments

**`request`**: `CreateLotSizeCommandRequestInput!` (required)

## Returns

`CreateLotSizeCommandResponse!`

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of the newly created lot size.
