# CreatePurchaseOrderAddressInput

> A postal address on a purchase order — delivery address or billing address. Shared between the read side and the create command (the same C# type backs both).

## Fields

**`salutation`**: `String`

Form of address (e.g. Mr., Mrs.).

**`title`**: `String`

Academic or professional title.

**`firstName`**: `String`

First name of the contact.

**`lastName`**: `String`

Last name of the contact.

**`companyName`**: `String`

Company name.

**`additionalCompanyLine`**: `String`

Additional company name line.

**`street`**: `String`

Street and house number.

**`additionalAddressLine`**: `String`

Additional address information.

Postal code.

State or province.

ISO code of the country (2 letters). When defaulted from a warehouse, this may be empty — the source column is a free-text country name that could not be resolved to an ISO code.
