# CompanyEmailEncryption

> How the connection to the mail server is secured. A value this list does not know yet must be handled as an unknown way, never as a failure.



**Kind**: `enum`

## Values

**`NONE`** — No encryption.

**`START_TLS`** — STARTTLS, the certificate of the server is checked.

**`SSL`** — SSL/TLS from the start, the certificate of the server is checked.

**`START_TLS_WITHOUT_CERTIFICATE_CHECK`** — STARTTLS without checking the certificate of the server. It can be read but not written.

**`SSL_WITHOUT_CERTIFICATE_CHECK`** — SSL/TLS without checking the certificate of the server. It can be read but not written.
