# CreateStockTransferLineItemCommandRequestInput

> Adds a line item to an open stock transfer. - Request

## Fields

**`stockTransferId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the stock transfer the line item is added to.

**`itemId`**: `ID!` (required)

Item to transfer. Variation parents are not allowed, and the item must not already be part of the stock transfer.

**`quantity`**: `Decimal!` (required)

Quantity of the item to transfer. Must be greater than zero.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
