# DunningLevel

> One step of the dunning procedure, for example a payment reminder or a second dunning notice. Levels belong to a scope: a company and a customer group, each of which can be 'all'. For an invoice that has not been dunned yet, the most specific scope that has levels is used, in this order: the company and the customer group of the invoice, the company and all customer groups, all companies and the customer group, all companies and all customer groups. Later notices stay in the scope of the first one.

**Kind**: `object`

## Fields

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of the dunning level.

---

**`companyId`**: `ID`

The company the level applies to. Empty means all companies.

---

**`customerGroupId`**: `ID`

The customer group the level applies to. Empty means all customer groups.

---

**`levelNumber`**: `Int!`

The position of the level in its scope, 1 to 255. A notice at a level is followed by a notice at the next higher number of the same scope. A new level gets the number one higher than the highest number in its scope. Numbers never change, so deleting a level in the middle leaves a gap, and the number of a deleted highest level goes to the next new level.

---

**`name`**: `String!`

The name of the level, for example 'Payment reminder'. Output templates for dunning letters are chosen by this name. Empty if the level has no name.

---

**`paymentTermDays`**: `Int!`

The number of days the customer gets to pay after the dunning date of a notice at this level. 0 if the level has no payment term. The term of level 1 is also the default payment term of new sales orders for customers without their own payment term.

---

**`gracePeriodDays`**: `Int!`

The number of days after the payment due date before a notice at this level can be issued. 0 if the level has no grace period.

---

**`flatFee`**: `Decimal!`

The fee charged with a notice at this level, in the currency of the invoice.

---

**`annualInterestRatePercent`**: `Decimal!`

The yearly interest rate in percent for late payment. With a notice at this level the interest is charged per day, on the open amount, from the original payment due date of the invoice up to the day the notice is issued.
