The ID of the sales invoice.

Why the invoice was skipped: one of the blocker codes of 'CreateDunningNotice', DunningDateBeforeCurrentNotice, or DUNNING_NOTICE_ALREADY_ISSUED if the invoice got its next notice in the meantime.
