# SalesSubscription

> A subscription: a recurring sales document from which follow-up sales orders are created. Its line items, with their schedules, have their own operations.

## Fields

**`createdAt`**: `DateTime!`

When the subscription was created.

**`createdBy`**: `ID!`

The user who created the subscription.

---

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of the subscription.

---

**`number`**: `String!`

The subscription number.

---

**`externalNumber`**: `String`

A number from another system. Follow-up sales orders take it over.

---

**`customerId`**: `ID!`

The ID of the customer.

---

**`companyId`**: `ID!`

The ID of the company that sells.

---

**`responsibleUserId`**: `ID`

The user responsible for the subscription.

---

**`status`**: `SalesSubscriptionStatus!`

The state of the subscription, derived from its recurring line items.

---

**`isDue`**: `Boolean!`

Whether at least one line item is due today, counting its lead time. Then a follow-up sales order can be created.

---

**`nextDueDate`**: `DateTime`

The earliest next due date of the line items. Empty when the subscription has ended.

---

**`hasFollowUpOrders`**: `Boolean!`

Whether at least one follow-up sales order was created from the subscription.

**`currencyCode`**: `String!`

The currency as ISO 4217 code, for example 'EUR'.

**`languageTag`**: `String!`

The language of the documents as BCP 47 language tag, for example de or de-AT. Language subtag in lower case, region subtag in upper case; case does not matter on input. Wawi currently holds only the two-letter language subtag.

**`paymentMethodId`**: `ID`

The ID of the payment method.

---

**`shippingMethodId`**: `ID`

The ID of the shipping method.

---

**`processStatusId`**: `ID`

The ID of the process status.

**`paymentTerms`**: `SalesSubscriptionPaymentTerms!`

The payment terms.

---

**`billingAddress`**: `SalesSubscriptionAddress`

The billing address.

---

**`shipmentAddress`**: `SalesSubscriptionAddress`

The shipping address.

**`note`**: `String`

An internal note.

---

**`customerComment`**: `String`

A comment from the customer.

---

**`netTotal`**: `Decimal!`

The net total of one billing of all line items, in the currency of the subscription.

**`grossTotal`**: `Decimal!`

The gross total of one billing of all line items, in the currency of the subscription.
