# SalesSubscriptionDiscountLineItemInput

> A line item for a discount such as a coupon in a new subscription.



**Kind**: `input`

## Fields

**`discountType`**: `String!` (required)

The type of the discount. Known values: COUPON, NEW_CUSTOMER_COUPON, LEGACY_VOUCHER. The type of a discount line item.

**`name`**: `String!` (required)

The name printed on the sales order; not empty.

---

**`amount`**: `Decimal!` (required)

The net amount by which each follow-up sales order is reduced; greater than 0.

---

**`note`**: `String`

A note on the line item.

---

**`sortOrder`**: `Int`

The position of the line item. Defaults to the end.
