# SetCompanyCustomFieldValueCommandRequestInput

> Sets the value of a custom field on a company. Exactly one of 'integerValue', 'decimalValue', 'booleanValue', 'dateValue' and 'stringValue' must be given and it must match the data type of the field. Setting the same value again changes nothing. - Request

## Fields

**`companyId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the company.

**`customFieldId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the custom field.

**`integerValue`**: `Int`

The value of an integer field.

---

**`decimalValue`**: `Decimal`

The value of a decimal or price field. A price must not be negative.

**`booleanValue`**: `Boolean`

The value of a checkbox field.

**`dateValue`**: `String`

The value of a date field as a calendar date in the format YYYY-MM-DD.

**`stringValue`**: `String`

The value of a text, short text, value list, URL, e-mail, phone or country field. A value list entry must be one of the allowed values; a URL must be an absolute web address; a country is an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code. The value must not be empty; use the operation 'DeleteCompanyCustomFieldValue' (DELETE companies/{companyId}/custom-fields) to clear a value.
