# TextFormat

> The kind of text a text setting holds.



**Kind**: `enum`

## Values

**`PLAIN`** — Any text.

**`EMAIL`** — An e-mail address.

**`URL`** — A web address.

**`PATH`** — A file or folder path.

**`PASSWORD`** — A secret. It is never returned, only whether it is set.

**`PHONE`** — A telephone number.

**`HTML`** — HTML markup.
