# UpdateAdditionalCostTypeCommandRequestInput

> Changes an additional cost type. Only the fields that are sent change. The two flags can only change while the type is not in use. - Request

## Fields

**`additionalCostTypeId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the additional cost type.

**`name`**: `String`

Name of the type, unique regardless of letter case. 1 to 255 characters.

**`isPayableToSupplier`**: `Boolean`

Whether costs of this type are part of the amount payable to the supplier.

---

**`affectsPurchasePrice`**: `Boolean`

Whether costs of this type are added to the purchase price of the items.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
