# UpdateUserGroupCommandRequestInput

## Fields

**`userGroupId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the user group.

**`name`**: `String`

The new unique name. Not sent: the name stays. Null or empty fails with UserGroupNameRequired.

---

**`description`**: `String`

The new description. Null or empty text removes it. More than 255 characters fail with UserGroupDescriptionTooLong.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
