# ValidateOutputTemplateTextCommandRequestInput

> Checks a template text for syntax errors. The text is parsed, not rendered, and nothing is stored. The result is empty if the text is valid. The text goes in the body because templates can be long. GraphQL only (new API rule). - Request

**`text`**: `String!` (required)

The template text.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
