# AddCharacteristicToGroupCommandRequestInput

> Puts a characteristic in a group. A characteristic that is already in the group stays there; the call is repeatable. Errors: CHARACTERISTIC_NOT_FOUND (no characteristic has this ID); CHARACTERISTIC_GROUP_NOT_FOUND (no group has this ID). - Request

**`characteristicId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the characteristic.
