# AdvanceShippingNotice

> An advance shipping notice: what a supplier announces to ship for one purchase order, in packages and line items. Receiving the goods is done on the purchase order ('ReceivePurchaseOrderGoods'), not on the notice.

## Fields

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of the advance shipping notice.

**`purchaseOrderId`**: `ID!`

The ID of the purchase order the notice belongs to. It cannot be changed.

**`supplierId`**: `ID!`

The ID of the supplier of the purchase order.

---

**`number`**: `String!`

The number of the notice, unique within its purchase order.

---

**`expectedDeliveryDate`**: `DateTime`

When the delivery is expected.

---

**`createdAt`**: `DateTime!`

When the notice was created.

---

**`note`**: `String`

A note on the notice. The ERP stores it without full Unicode support: characters it cannot store are replaced, typically by '?'.

---

**`packages`**: `[AdvanceShippingNoticePackage!]!`

The packages, ordered by package number; empty when there are none.

---

**`lineItems`**: `[AdvanceShippingNoticeLineItem!]!`

The line items; empty when there are none.
