# AttributeKind

> The kind of an attribute. Multilingual attributes describe an item or category to customers and carry a name per language. Function attributes steer online shops and interfaces and are not shown to customers.



**Kind**: `enum`

## Values

**`MULTILINGUAL`** — An attribute that describes an item or category and has a name per language.

**`FUNCTION`** — A function attribute: a technical switch for online shops and interfaces. It has one name and no translations.
