# CancelSalesQuotationCommandRequestInput

> Cancels a sales quotation. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is SalesQuotationCannotBeCancelled; extensions.blockers says why. - Request

## Fields

**`salesQuotationId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the quotation. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is SalesQuotationNotFound.

**`cancellationReasonId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the reason, from QuerySalesOrderCancellationReasons. Fails with CancellationReasonNotFound.

**`cancellationComment`**: `String`

A comment, up to 100 characters (CancellationCommentTooLong). Needed when the reason asks for one (CancellationCommentRequired).

**`disableAutomaticWorkflows`**: `Boolean`

Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call. Defaults to false when omitted.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
