# CompanyRetentionPeriod

> The retention period of one kind of process (for example invoices) of a company, and whether data is made anonymous when it ends.



**Kind**: `object`

## Fields

**`processId`**: `String!`

Stable identifier of the kind of process.

**`name`**: `String!`

Name of the kind of process in the language of the request.

**`description`**: `String`

What the kind of process covers.

---

**`years`**: `Int`

Years of the period. Missing as long as no period is set.

---

**`months`**: `Int`

Months of the period. Missing as long as no period is set.

---

**`days`**: `Int`

Days of the period. Missing as long as no period is set.

---

**`obfuscateAfterExpiry`**: `Boolean!`

Whether the data of the process is made anonymous after the period.

---

**`isLocked`**: `Boolean!`

Whether the period is locked. A locked period can no longer be changed.

---

**`lockedAt`**: `DateTime`

When the period was locked.

---

**`lockedBy`**: `ID`

The user who locked the period.
