# CreateBillOfMaterialsCommandResponse

> Creates a bill of materials for a production item together with its components. The new bill of materials is a draft. Errors: the request is invalid; ProductionItemNotFound (the production item was not found); BillOfMaterialsRequiresOperation (no parent component was sent); BillOfMaterialsRequiresItem (no item was sent across all parent components); a referenced operation, item, measurement unit, operation step or configuration group was not found. - Response
