# CreateCompanyCommandRequestInput

> Creates an active company. The country of the address gets its VAT ID entry as a shipping country, empty until a VAT ID is set. The company is not assigned to any user: who may work in it is decided with the users. Tax settings and number ranges are not created and have to be set up in their own resources before the company can be used for documents. - Request

## Fields

**`name`**: `String!` (required)

The name of the company, at most 255 characters. It must be unique among the active companies.

**`owner`**: `String`

The owner or managing director, at most 255 characters.

---

**`address`**: `CompanyAddressInput!` (required)

The postal address.

---

**`phoneNumber`**: `String`

Phone number, at most 50 characters.

---

**`faxNumber`**: `String`

Fax number, at most 30 characters.

---

**`emailAddress`**: `String`

E-mail address of the company, at most 255 characters, exactly one '@'.

**`website`**: `String`

Website, at most 255 characters.

---

**`taxNumber`**: `String`

The national tax number, at most 25 characters.

**`isSmallBusiness`**: `Boolean!` (required)

Whether the company is a small business under the small-business scheme.

**`sepaCreditorId`**: `String`

The SEPA creditor identifier, at most 35 characters.

**`payPalEmailAddress`**: `String`

The PayPal account, at most 250 characters.

---

**`bankAccount`**: `CompanyBankAccountInput`

The bank account.

**`dhlIntrashipCustomerId`**: `String`

The DHL Intraship customer number, at most 15 characters.

**`upsCustomerId`**: `String`

The UPS customer number, at most 15 characters.

**`glnBaseNumber`**: `String`

The GLN base number, 7 to 9 digits.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
