# CreateCompanyCommandResponse

> Creates an active company. The country of the address gets its VAT ID entry as a shipping country, empty until a VAT ID is set. The company is not assigned to any user: who may work in it is decided with the users. Tax settings and number ranges are not created and have to be set up in their own resources before the company can be used for documents. - Response
