# CreateCustomerNoteCommandRequestInput

> Adds a note to a customer. The user of the request becomes its author. - Request



**Kind**: `input`

## Fields

**`customerId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the customer.

**`text`**: `String!` (required)

The text, not empty.

---

**`type`**: `CustomerNoteType`

The kind of note. Omitted means 'Text'.

---

**`salesOrderId`**: `ID`

A sales order of this customer the note is about. Omitted means none.

---

**`disableAutomaticWorkflows`**: `Boolean`

Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call (the customer event 'changed'). Defaults to false when omitted.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
