# CreateFunctionAttributeCommandResponse

> Creates a function attribute in a group. Function attributes steer online shops and interfaces and are not shown to customers. The group is created together with its first attribute. Errors: errorCode is ATTRIBUTE_NAME_REQUIRED (the name is missing or empty), ATTRIBUTE_NAME_INVALID (the name contains '#'), ATTRIBUTE_CODE_REQUIRED (the code is missing or empty), ATTRIBUTE_GROUP_NAME_INVALID (the group name is empty, longer than 150 characters or contains '#'), ATTRIBUTE_ALLOWED_VALUES_REQUIRED (data type 'VALUE_LIST' without values), ATTRIBUTE_ALLOWED_VALUES_NOT_SUPPORTED (values given for another data type), ATTRIBUTE_ALLOWED_VALUES_INVALID (an entry is empty, repeated or contains '|'), ATTRIBUTE_SALES_CHANNEL_NOT_SUPPORTED (a sales channel is not an online shop); ATTRIBUTE_NAME_ALREADY_EXISTS (another attribute or function attribute of the entity type has this name, regardless of upper and lower case), ATTRIBUTE_CODE_ALREADY_EXISTS (another function attribute of the entity type has this code). - Response
