# CreateIncomingInvoiceCommandRequestInput

> Records an invoice received from a supplier. The address, the contact, the exchange rate and the due date default to the data of the supplier. The open lines of the purchase orders in "purchaseOrders" become line items in the same call, as when a purchase order is assigned later; everything is saved together or not at all. Further line items are added afterwards. - Request

## Fields

**`supplierId`**: `ID!` (required)

The supplier who issued the invoice.

**`supplierInvoiceNumber`**: `String`

The number the supplier printed on the invoice. At most 255 characters.

---

**`invoiceDate`**: `DateTime`

The date printed on the invoice.

---

**`dueDate`**: `DateTime`

Date by which the invoice is to be paid. Defaults to the invoice date (or today) plus the payment term of the supplier.

**`notes`**: `String`

Internal notes. At most 255 characters.

---

**`supplierContactId`**: `ID`

The contact person at the supplier. Must belong to the supplier.

---

**`supplierAddress`**: `IncomingInvoiceSupplierAddressInput`

The address as printed on the invoice. Defaults to the address of the supplier.

**`exchangeRate`**: `Decimal`

Units of the invoice currency per unit of the home currency. Defaults to the current rate of the supplier currency. Greater than 0 and at most 12 digits before the decimal point; other values are refused (400).

**`additionalCostDistributionMethod`**: `AdditionalCostDistributionMethod`

How additional costs are distributed. Defaults to Quantity.

**`purchaseOrders`**: `[IncomingInvoicePurchaseOrderAssignmentInput]!` (required)

Purchase orders whose open lines become line items of the new invoice.

**`disableAutomaticWorkflows`**: `Boolean`

Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call (the event "created"). Defaults to false when omitted.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
