# CreateLabelCommandRequestInput

> Creates a label for one kind of object. The kind is fixed from now on. Putting the label on objects is done on the objects themselves, for example on the item. GraphQL only. - Request

## Fields

**`entityTypeKey`**: `String!` (required)

The key of the kind of object the label is put on, as 'QueryLabelEntityTypes' lists it. It cannot be changed later.

**`name`**: `String!` (required)

The name, 1 to 255 characters, with no space at the start or the end. It must be unique among the labels of the same kind, ignoring letter case.

**`color`**: `String`

The color as '#RRGGBB' with six hexadecimal digits, upper or lower case; it is returned in upper case. When omitted, the label gets '#000000'.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
