# CreateTaxCodeCommandRequestInput

> Creates a tax code. Assign it to rates with 'SetTaxRate' to use it. - Request

## Fields

**`number`**: `Int`

The number, unique, from 1. Omitted means the next number after the highest one in use.

**`name`**: `String!` (required)

The name, 1 to 255 characters, unique.

**`taxAccount`**: `String`

The general ledger account for the tax, at most 10 characters. Omitted means none.

---

**`cashDiscountAccount`**: `String`

The account for cash discounts, at most 10 characters. Omitted means none.

---

**`revenueAccount`**: `String`

The revenue account, at most 10 characters. Omitted means none.

---

**`bonusAccount`**: `String`

The account for bonuses, at most 10 characters. Omitted means none.

---

**`writeOffAccount`**: `String`

The account for write-offs, at most 10 characters. Omitted means none.

---

**`downPaymentAccount`**: `String`

The account for down payments, at most 10 characters. Omitted means none.

---

**`isAutomaticAccount`**: `Boolean`

Whether the accounts are automatic accounts in accounting. Omitted means false.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
