# CreateUserCommandRequestInput

> Creates a user. Errors: UserIdentityProviderUserIdAlreadyAssigned, UserEmailAlreadyInUse, UserLoginAlreadyExists. - Request

## Fields

**`name`**: `String!` (required)

The display name of the user.

**`identityProviderUserId`**: `String!` (required)

The cloud account ID ("sub"), opaque text. Must not be in use. Errors: IDENTITY_PROVIDER_USER_ID_TOO_LONG, USER_IDENTITY_PROVIDER_USER_ID_NOT_IN_TENANT.

**`emailAddress`**: `String`

The email address of the user, unique without regard to case and outer spaces. It becomes the login.

**`department`**: `String`

The department of the user. Null or empty text leaves it empty.

---

**`phoneNumber`**: `String`

The phone number of the user. Null or empty text leaves it empty.

---

**`mobilePhoneNumber`**: `String`

The mobile phone number of the user. Null or empty text leaves it empty.

---

**`note`**: `String`

A note on the user. Null or empty text leaves it empty.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
