# DeleteMeasurementUnitCommandRequestInput

> Deletes a measurement unit that nothing uses. System measurement units cannot be deleted. It is refused while an item, a dimension set, a bill of material or work job component or another measurement unit refers to it. Documents keep the name as text and are not affected. - Request
