# ItemPackaging

> A packaging of an item as the German packaging law (Verpackungsgesetz) asks for it. It is not the packaging item kind.

## Fields

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of the packaging.

**`name`**: `String!`

Name of the packaging.

**`isComposite`**: `Boolean!`

Whether the packaging is a composite of several materials.

**`categoryId`**: `ID`

The packaging category. Absent when none is chosen.

---

**`recyclingClassId`**: `ID`

The recycling class. Absent when none is chosen.

---

**`materials`**: `[ItemPackagingMaterial!]!`

The materials. Never null.

---

**`totalWeightInGrams`**: `Decimal!`

Sum of the weights of the materials. Read-only.
