# KitComponent

> One component of a kit.



**Kind**: `object`

## Fields

**`componentItemId`**: `ID!`

The ID of the component item. A component has no identifier of its own, the pair of kit and component item identifies it.

**`quantity`**: `Decimal!`

How many units of the component one unit of the kit consumes.

---

**`position`**: `Int!`

Zero-based position of the component within the kit.

---

**`comment`**: `String`

Free-text comment on the component.
