**`paymentMethodId`**: `ID`

The default payment method. Omitted means none.

**`paymentTermDays`**: `Int`

Days until payment is due, 0 to 999. Omitted means the global default.

**`cashDiscount`**: `NewCustomerCashDiscountInput`

The cash discount. Omitted means none.
