# NewFreeTextVariationInput

> A free-text variation to add to an item. The ID is assigned on creation.



**Kind**: `input`

## Fields

**`name`**: `String!` (required)

Display name in the default language. It is the label of the input field.

**`names`**: `[LocalizedTextInput]!` (required)

The label in further languages.

---

**`isRequired`**: `Boolean`

Whether the customer has to enter a text. Defaults to false when omitted.
