# OnHoldReason

> A reason for holding back a sales order. Any on-hold reason makes the order not deliverable until the reason is removed from it; the reason itself decides whether the order may be merged with others and whether its items count for the purchase list. The model serves list and detail alike.

## Fields

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of the on-hold reason.

**`name`**: `String!`

The name of the reason.

**`isMergeable`**: `Boolean!`

Whether orders that carry this reason may be merged with other orders of the same customer.

---

**`isExcludedFromPurchaseList`**: `Boolean!`

Whether the items of orders that carry this reason are left out when the purchase list is calculated.
