# PackagingMaterial

> An item that is used as shipping carton or packaging material and is assigned to shipping methods. Creating or changing one is an item operation.

The ID of the item that is the packaging material.

The item number (SKU).

The name of the item in the default language.

The GTIN of the item.

The shipping weight in kilograms.
