# PaymentTransactionCounterparty

> The other side of a payment transaction as the bank or the provider reported it. Empty values stay empty.

## Fields

**`name`**: `String`

The name of the payer or the payee.

**`account`**: `String`

The account of the payer or the payee: an IBAN, an account number or, at a payment provider, an email address.

**`accountAddition`**: `String`

An addition to the account, for example the BIC.
