# PurchaseOrderCustomLineCreationInput

> A new free line without an item. It is delivered like an item line but never booked into stock.



**Kind**: `input`

## Fields

**`clientId`**: `String`

A temporary identifier chosen by the client, for example to match the answer to an optimistic update. It is not stored and is returned unchanged.

**`name`**: `String!` (required)

The text of the line. It must not contain control characters.

**`sku`**: `String`

A free number of the line. It must not contain control characters.

---

**`quantity`**: `Decimal!` (required)

The quantity to order, 0 or more.

---

**`netUnitPrice`**: `Decimal!` (required)

The net price per unit in the order currency; it may be negative.

---

**`taxRate`**: `Decimal`

The tax rate in percent, 0 to 100. When omitted, the supplier's rate for free lines is used, else the standard rate; 0 for a supplier exempt from tax.

---

**`expectedDeliveryDate`**: `DateTime`

When the line is expected. When omitted, today.

---

**`note`**: `String`

A note on the line. It must not contain control characters.
