# PurchaseOrderGoodsReceipt

> Goods booked into stock against a line item. A later relocation within the warehouse can split a receipt into several records with their own location. Receipts of custom lines, of items without stock management and of drop shipping orders book no stock and have no record; they show only in the delivered quantity of the line.

The ID of the goods receipt.

The ID of the purchase order.

The ID of the line item.

The ID of the item.

The ID of the warehouse the goods are in.

The ID of the storage location the goods were booked to.

The quantity of this record.

The batch number of the received stock.

The shelf life expiration date (best-before date) of the received stock.

The number on the supplier's delivery note.

The purchase price per unit in the base currency, with which the stock is valued.

The day the goods were received.
