# ReplaceCustomFieldAllowedValuesCommandRequestInput

> Replaces the list of allowed values of a value list field. Removing or renaming entries is always possible; existing values of items and categories are changed or cleared accordingly. Values on other records (customers, companies, sales orders, production) are not changed. - Request

## Fields

**`customFieldId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the value list field.

**`values`**: `[CustomFieldAllowedValueInput]!` (required)

The new list in the order the values are offered. Entries are trimmed, not empty, distinct ignoring letter case and must not contain the character '|'. An entry of the current list that is neither kept nor named in a 'renamedFrom' is removed.

**`disableAutomaticWorkflows`**: `Boolean`

If true, automatic workflows are not triggered by this call.
