# ResourceType

> A resource type. It groups resources of one category with common properties.



**Kind**: `object`

## Fields

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of this resource type.

**`name`**: `String!`

The name of this resource type.

---

**`categoryId`**: `ID!`

The ID of the resource category this resource type belongs to (see QueryResourceCategories). Only resources of this category can have this resource type. It cannot be changed.

---

**`createdAt`**: `DateTime!`

The point in time at which this resource type was created.

---

**`changedAt`**: `DateTime!`

The point in time at which this resource type was last changed.
