# StockManagementInput

> Settings every stock-managed item has, whatever the way its stock is quantified or traced.

## Fields

**`allowNegativeStock`**: `Boolean!` (required)

Allows selling more than is physically in stock.

---

**`buffer`**: `Int!` (required)

Safety stock that is held back and not offered for sale.

---

**`globalMinimumStockLevel`**: `Decimal!` (required)

Minimum stock level across all warehouses. Falling below it flags the item for reordering.
