# TextBlock

> A reusable text that users insert into a customer, supplier, sales order, invoice or invoice correction, in one or more languages. The text itself is read with 'QueryTextBlockTranslationsByTextBlockId'.

## Fields

**`id`**: `ID!`

The ID of the text block.

**`groupId`**: `ID!`

The ID of the group the text block is in.

**`name`**: `String!`

The name of the text block, 1 to 255 characters. Not unique.

---

**`usageKey`**: `String!`

Where the text block can be inserted: the key of an entry of 'QueryTextBlockUsages', for example salesOrder. The usage decides which variables the content can use.

**`shortcut`**: `String`

The key combination that inserts the text block in editors. Empty when it has none. Free text, not checked for conflicts.

---

**`autoText`**: `String`

The abbreviation that expands to the text block while typing. Empty when it has none. Free text, not checked for conflicts.

---

**`languageTags`**: `[String!]!`

The languages the text block has content in, as BCP 47 tags. Computed from the translations; empty when the text block has no content yet.
