# UpdateCompanyCommandRequestInput

> Changes a company. Only the properties that are sent change. The address and the bank account are replaced as a whole when sent. Changing the country of the address adds an entry for the new country to the VAT IDs; the old entry stays. Changing 'isSmallBusiness' changes how tax is determined for later documents. - Request

## Fields

**`companyId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the company.

**`name`**: `String`

The new name of the company, at most 255 characters. It must be unique among the active companies.

---

**`owner`**: `String`

The owner or managing director, at most 255 characters.

---

**`address`**: `CompanyAddressInput`

The postal address.

---

**`phoneNumber`**: `String`

Phone number, at most 50 characters.

---

**`faxNumber`**: `String`

Fax number, at most 30 characters.

---

**`emailAddress`**: `String`

E-mail address of the company, at most 255 characters, exactly one '@'.

**`website`**: `String`

Website, at most 255 characters.

---

**`taxNumber`**: `String`

The national tax number, at most 25 characters.

**`isSmallBusiness`**: `Boolean`

Whether the company is a small business under the small-business scheme.

**`sepaCreditorId`**: `String`

The SEPA creditor identifier, at most 35 characters.

**`payPalEmailAddress`**: `String`

The PayPal account, at most 250 characters.

**`bankAccount`**: `CompanyBankAccountInput`

The bank account.

The DHL Intraship customer number, at most 15 characters.

**`upsCustomerId`**: `String`

The UPS customer number, at most 15 characters.

**`glnBaseNumber`**: `String`

The GLN base number, 7 to 9 digits.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
