# UpdateCustomerNoteCommandRequestInput

> Changes a note of a customer. Only what is sent changes. - Request

## Fields

**`customerId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the customer.

**`noteId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the note.

---

**`text`**: `String`

The text, not empty.

---

**`type`**: `CustomerNoteType`

The kind of note.

---

**`salesOrderId`**: `ID`

A sales order of this customer the note is about. Null removes the link.

---

**`disableAutomaticWorkflows`**: `Boolean`

Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call (the customer event 'changed'). Defaults to false when omitted.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
