# UpdatePackageCommandRequestInput

> Changes a package. Only the properties that are sent change; sending null clears an optional property. The shipping date is set with MarkPackageShipped. Changing a package does not report anything to the sales channel. errorCode is one of: PACKAGE_NOT_FOUND (the package was not found); SHIPPING_METHOD_NOT_FOUND (a referenced shipping method was not found or is not active); TRACKING_NUMBER_INVALID (the tracking number is empty, longer than 255 characters or does not match the rule of the shipping method); DELIVERY_NOTE_HANDLED_BY_FULFILLMENT_NETWORK (the delivery note is handled by the JTL Fulfillment Network and cannot be changed here); PACKAGE_HAS_SHIPPING_LABEL (the shipping method cannot change while a label exists; cancel the label in the shipping service first). - Request

The ID of the package.

The shipping method.

The weight in kilograms.

The tracking number.

The tracking number of an enclosed return label.

The shipping method of the enclosed return label.

**`expectedDeliveryDate`**: `DateTime`

The expected delivery date.

A free note.

**`disableAutomaticWorkflows`**: `Boolean`

Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call. Defaults to false when omitted.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
