# UpdateResourceInput

> The changes to a resource. Polymorphic: exactly one variant is sent, and it has to be the category of the resource (the category cannot be changed). A property that is omitted stays as it is.

## Fields

**`workbenchChanges`**: `WorkbenchChangesInput`

Changes a workbench. Only the properties that are sent change. The warehouse is changed by ChangeWorkbenchWarehouse, the host by ChangeWorkbenchHost.

**`machineChanges`**: `MachineChangesInput`

Changes a machine. Only the properties that are sent change. The hardware is changed by ChangeMachineHardware.

**`employeeChanges`**: `EmployeeChangesInput`

Changes an employee. Only the properties that are sent change. The linked user cannot be changed.
