# UpdateRestockSuggestionTemplateCommandRequestInput

> Changes the name or the settings of a template. Only what is sent changes, and only what is sent is checked; a reference to an area that was deleted since stays until it is changed. A template cannot select one supplier ('sourceSelection' 'SUPPLIER') or one warehouse ('destinationSelection' 'WAREHOUSE'): the ERP's templates have no place for them; send such settings with the calculation instead. The template is kept in the ERP's expert mode, so that the ERP calculates with exactly these settings; its options outside this contract (display and purchase list options of the ERP's dialog) are kept as stored. A template the ERP kept in its simple mode is stored with the values it was calculated with, plus the changes. Available in GraphQL only. Errors arrive as GraphQL errors with the code in 'extensions.code'; a refusal because of the current state also lists every reason in 'extensions.blockers'. Codes: RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_TEMPLATE_NAME_REQUIRED or RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_SELECTION_NOT_ALLOWED_IN_TEMPLATE (the name is empty, or the settings select one supplier or one warehouse); RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_START_AREA_REQUIRED, RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_SUPPLIER_REQUIRED, RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_DESTINATION_AREA_REQUIRED, RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_WAREHOUSE_REQUIRED, RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_FORECAST_PERIOD_REQUIRED or VALIDATION_FAILED (a selection or forecast type misses the ID, days, dates or period it needs, or the request is invalid otherwise, for example an ID the selection does not use, a period that ends before it starts, an unknown value of a documented string or a number out of its range); RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND (the template was not found); RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_START_AREA_NOT_FOUND, RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_DESTINATION_AREA_NOT_FOUND, SUPPLIER_NOT_FOUND or WAREHOUSE_NOT_FOUND (a referenced record was not found; an area of the other kind counts as not found); RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_START_AREA_INACTIVE, RESTOCK_SUGGESTION_DESTINATION_AREA_INACTIVE or WAREHOUSE_NOT_USABLE (an area or the warehouse is not active). - Request

**`templateId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the template.

The new name, 1 to 255 characters. It cannot be cleared.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
