# UpdateSalesQuotationCommandRequestInput

> Updates the header of a sales quotation. Only the sent properties change; line items have their own mutations. - Request

## Fields

**`salesQuotationId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the quotation. Fails with extensions.code SalesQuotationNotFound, or SalesQuotationCannotBeUpdated with extensions.blockers.

**`shippingMethodId`**: `ID`

The ID of the shipping method. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is ShippingMethodNotFound.

**`responsibleUserId`**: `ID`

The ID of the user responsible for the quotation.

---

**`processStatusId`**: `ID`

The ID of the process status. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is ProcessStatusNotFound.

**`paymentMethodId`**: `ID`

The ID of the payment method. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is PaymentMethodNotFound.

**`customerId`**: `ID`

The ID of the customer; addresses stay. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is CustomerNotFound.

**`companyId`**: `ID`

The ID of the company that sells. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is CompanyNotFound.

**`paymentTerms`**: `SalesQuotationPaymentTermsInput`

The payment terms.

**`quotationDate`**: `DateTime`

The date of the quotation.

---

**`printText`**: `String`

A text printed on the quotation.

---

**`note`**: `String`

An internal note.

**`languageTag`**: `String`

The language of the documents as ISO 639-1 code. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is LanguageNotFound.

**`externalNumber`**: `String`

A number from another system, at most 50 characters.

---

**`estimatedDeliveryDate`**: `DateTime`

The delivery date that the quotation promises.

---

**`customerOrderNumber`**: `String`

The order number of the customer.

---

**`customerComment`**: `String`

A comment from or for the customer.

---

**`currencyCode`**: `String`

The currency as ISO 4217 code. Fails with a GraphQL error whose extensions.code is CurrencyNotFound.

**`disableAutomaticWorkflows`**: `Boolean`

Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call. Defaults to false when omitted.

---

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
