# UpdateSalesUnitCommandRequestInput

> Changes the unit code of a sales unit. The names are changed per language with 'SetSalesUnitTranslation' and 'RemoveSalesUnitTranslation'. Fields that are omitted stay as they are; null removes the unit code. Hidden sales units cannot be changed. - Request

## Fields

**`salesUnitId`**: `ID!` (required)

The ID of the sales unit.

**`unitCode`**: `String`

The new UN/CEFACT unit code, 2 or 3 letters or digits; null removes it.

**`idempotencyKey`**: `String`

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
