Activating a staging account for developers
As a partner of JTL-Software, you can request the activation of a staging account to test our products and APIs. If you are not yet a partner of JTL-Software, please contact us via partner@jtl-software.com.
Please follow the steps below to request your staging account.
Step 1: Creating a new JTL-Customer Centre account
To access the licences, you must first create a new account in the JTL-Customer Centre. Existing accounts cannot be converted. Use the following link to create a new account: Create Customer Centre account
Click the "Registrieren" (Register) button to open the view "JTL-Kundenkonto registrieren" (Register JTL-Customer Account).
This view will prompt you to enter your personal details. Please ensure you meet the following requirements when completing the fields so that we can correctly assign the licences:
Email address: Enter the email address domain in the exact same way as it is already registered in your existing partner account.
Company name: Enter the company name in the following format: "Staging environment / Name of my agency/company". Make sure the agency or company name exactly matches the name in your existing partner account. Example: "Staging environment / DeveloperCompany Ltd"
Step 2: Sending an email to activate developer licences
Once you have entered all required details and completed the account registration, send an email to partner@jtl-software.com. Include the following information in your email:
The email address of the newly created JTL-Customer Centre account
A brief request for the activation of developer licences
We will process your request as quickly as possible and provide you with the appropriate licences.
Step 3: Next steps
Once activated, you will have access to all required products, along with other useful resources. You will receive the necessary staging licences and can begin integration and testing.
